TREATMENT SESSIONS AND COSTS
The first session (approximately 30-45 minutes) is FREE and carries absolutely no obligation. It’s an opportunity for you to share your problem or explain what you want to achieve from therapy and for me to explain what Hypnotherapy is all about and whether I think it can help you in achieving your aim. There is no treatment at this first session. I will also endeavour to give you an idea of how many sessions you are likely to require. Appointments are usually weekly or every two weeks and last for about an hour and a half. My intention will always be to keep the course of treatment to a minimum.
If you decide to go ahead with therapy then at the initial consultation we’ll discuss your goal in more detail, I’ll take some notes and we’ll complete an initial consultation form together. The session will end with a short, guided relaxation as a taster for the hypnotherapy to come at the next appointment.
Subsequent sessions will commence with a quick recap on how the previous week has been and then it’s straight down to the hypnotherapy tailor-made to you using all the information I have gathered during our previous appointment.
Treatment to quit smoking works slightly differently. Again there is an initial 30-45 minute free no obligation consultation. Therapy to quit smoking is a one off session of approximately two hour’s duration.
